草莓块马上要下市了,今年的草莓季就快结束,赶紧做了一回草莓酱
材料:
草莓:500g,白砂糖:70g,柠檬:一个
做法:
1.草莓洗净切小块,倒入白砂糖,搅拌均匀放入冰箱冷藏3小时
2.准备一个小锅最好是不粘锅,倒入腌好的草莓块,中小火加热30分钟,中途要不断搅拌,挤入柠檬汁,继续加热10分钟即可
3.趁热倒入干净无水的玻璃瓶中,冷却后放入冰箱
