【糖醋排骨】- 【用料】： 主料：猪小排1000克， 调料：酱油15毫升、醋50毫升、葱1根、姜半块、八角2粒、花椒20粒、干辣椒2个、料酒15毫升、白糖20克 【做法】： 1.排骨、葱段、姜片放入锅中，加清水煮开后，撇去浮沫 2.放入花椒大料干辣椒，煮至筷子能扎透，将排骨捞出 3.煮排骨时，将醋、酱油、料酒、糖混合调匀成调料汁 4.炒锅烧热，倒入调料汁 5.待调料汁沸腾，倒入排骨，翻炒均匀 6.倒入半碗煮排骨的汤，使汤汁完全没过排骨 7.大火煮沸后调至小火炖煮 8.待锅中汤汁收浓稠即可

寿司 饭团

香蕉土司卷 主料香蕉2根 辅料土司片4片鸡蛋1个面包糠适量油适量 步骤 1.土司片将边切掉。 2.香蕉去皮切成两段，如果香蕉比较长可切成三段，按土司的长度来切。土豆片压一下，压薄。包上香蕉。 3.鸡蛋打散。 4.把土司卷放在鸡蛋里粘一圈。 5.粘上面包糠粘匀。 6.锅中油烧热，七成熟下入土司卷炸至金黄。 7.捞出控油，放在吸油纸上吸油。即可。 小贴士 油温不易过高，防止炸糊，也不要炸太长时间

香酥虾滑 1.虾仁去泥肠洗净 2.加蛋清、玉米淀粉、盐、胡椒、料酒，入料理机打成泥 3.逐次加清水，用两双筷子沿一个方向充分搅拌，每次都等水份吸收再加，直到合适的浓稠度，这个时候下入沸水就是虾滑了 4.取一部分打好的虾滑装进保鲜袋中，用塑料刮板将虾滑推紧实，冷冻成型 5.取下保鲜袋切厚片备用 6.准备一只鸡蛋打散，面包糠，少许面粉，锅内坐油烧热 7.将虾滑依次裹薄薄的面粉，沾满鸡蛋液，再裹满面包糠入油锅炸，中火煎至两面金黄 8.取出沥油即可
