食材:紅麵線300克蚵仔200克柴魚片1/2杯油蔥酥1大匙蒜泥1大匙紅蔥頭5顆(切片)地瓜粉1/2杯(120cc)香菜2株(切小段)調味料:醬油3大匙鹽1小匙冰糖1茶匙紅油1匙烏醋1匙做法:1‧紅麵線先泡水10分鐘再以清水沖洗淨2‧湯鍋中加水8杯(240*8)煮滾,放洗好紅麵線加入柴魚片(用濾網裝著味道出來後即可取出),以中小火慢慢煨煮3‧蒜泥醬:蒜泥中加入1匙水醬油1小茶匙香油1小茶匙混拌均勻4‧起鍋熱適量油,爆香紅蔥頭成紅蔥油後備用5‧麵線湯中加入醬油、鹽巴及冰糖調味,再加入油蔥酥拌勻,接著以地瓜粉水勾芡,用長筷子輕輕撥均勻6‧蚵仔洗淨瀝加入地瓜粉抓勻後,投丟鍋中淋入紅蔥油香菜蒜泥醬烏醋
