1.提前制作蛋奶酱 2.鲜奶油和牛奶、糖混合,小火加热至沸腾,再熬煮5分钟后关火 3.抹茶粉用一点热水融化,搅拌成浓酱汁状,加入到奶油中
<br />4.将放凉的奶油混合物跟放凉的蛋奶酱混合,搅拌均匀装入保鲜盒,冷冻2小时,取出,用用勺子将冻好的冰淇淋整个由底及上的翻拌一遍,再放入冷冻

<br />5.隔1小时后翻拌一次,再隔半小时后翻拌一次即可
