【椒盐皮皮虾】
食材:皮皮虾20只、干花椒1克、香葱1棵、姜5克、大蒜5瓣、干辣椒8个、盐适量、橄榄油适量
1、将皮皮虾洗净沥干水,吸净水分。干锅倒入花椒和盐文火略炒盛出,檊成细末
2、锅里倒油热至5成,倒入皮皮虾煎炸至熟透后盛出。留底油,爆香干辣椒和葱姜蒜。倒入过油的皮皮虾,加入椒盐略炒即可。
