1.将干香菇用40度左右的温水浸泡半小时,泡软后洗净,切片备用。大米洗净,放入清水没过米面,浸泡半小时 2.在浸泡香菇和大米的同时,将腊肉和腊肠放入蒸锅中,蒸制20分钟,切片备用 3.把西蓝花切成小块洗净,放入加了盐和油的沸水中焯烫半分钟,捞出后放入冷水中浸泡1分钟沥干备用 4.将生抽,美极鲜味汁,味露,盐,糖,鸡精和清水倒入碗中,搅匀后备用 5.将浸泡好的大米倒入砂锅中,倒入清水(水面与米面的距离约等于食指的第一个关节高度),大火煮开后,调成小火,淋入植物油搅匀,盖上盖子,煮约10分钟左右 6.打开盖子看一下,水分快收干时,放入切片的腊肠,腊肉和香菇片
